So it’s my 44th class and just when I thought I know a lot already, I still learn new things each time. Today is all about avocado and what are some of the new things I learn?

Half of the year is almost over and I’m happy to have been given another chance to present the beauty of a raw food lifestyle at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City (the first one was at the 1st Philippine Environment Summit). There were several highlights of the day. One is when my 6 year old grand niece assisted me during the raw food demo. A few months ago, she said that she does not want to be on a stage to give a talk. But this day, she was more excited than I am to be there on stage in front of so many people!
Second of course is the opportunity to once again work with Moulinex Philippines. The demo served as a mini launch of my baby: the FIT + FAB Guide. Yey, finally my own book and my own launch! And this time too, the event was co-presented by Cook magazine.
Third, as always is meeting new people. I loved how they were so interested in raw food and they wanted to know more! We ended up doing a one and a half hour demo and talk instead of just an hour.
All in all, it was another fun day. I know I am where I am supposed to be.
