Avocado Delight: Raw Food Preparation #44
So it’s my 44th class and just when I thought I know a lot already, I still learn new things each time. Today is all about avocado and what are some of the new things I learn?
Avocado Delight – Raw Food Preparation Class # 44. July 16, 2016 at The Good Shelf, Quezon City, Philippines.
#1 – That avocado has higher potassium content than banana.
#2 – Cooking or applying heat (even though it’s below 45 C) to avocado makes it bitter.
#3 – Bitter + Salt = Sweet (thanks to a vegan chef friend)
#4 – You don’t need too many people to make and sell your products. This is inspired by one of my students who owns I can’t believe it’s vegan!
All in all, it was another amazing afternoon – truly an Avocado Delight!
