As its corporate chef and an advocate of clean and healthy eating, my 2nd recipe book was released in May 2017.  Fruity Summer fest, a summer recipe book that highlights the importance of proper food combination, features a collection of fruit smoothies, juices, skewers and dips.

Since just like in life, there are super, ordinary, and awful fruit combinations.  Some fruits click so well that aside from tasting good, they become easier to digest and friendlier to the stomach.

Fruity Summer Fest was launched together with Tefal’s cookbook for happy and healthy eating, TEFAL: Bringing Joy in Cooking by its brand ambassador and TV’s Chef Next Door Chef Jonas Ng.

Tefal’s product catalog. If 2016 was about health and healing, 2017 was on health, healing, and happiness. When I first partnered with Tefal, a friend asked me isn't the company limiting their clientele by getting a raw vegan chef who won't cook animals. My answer is I don't think so, they are in fact embracing a new group of clientele - those that believe in ethical, conscious, healthy, and happy eating.
