FOOD Tastings

Yes, I was at the FOOD Tastings event!

FOOD Tastings – November 28, 2015, Grand Atrium, Shangri-La Plaza Mall, Pasig City, Philippines.

I was pretty excited when Moulinex – my most trusted food processor brand – asked me to be part of the last leg of FOOD Tastings for 2015.  This in an event organized by FOOD magazine and now co-organized by Moulinex where chefs share some of their recipes.  Four other chef were there.  I shared my Raw Christmas Fruit Cake!  An original recipe fulfilling a childhood dream to make my own fruit cake when I grow up.

It was pretty intimidating at first having to sit beside celebrity chefs in the country.  But the people were just too happy to know how easy and healthy raw food is.  Got nervous too at first having to present to almost 200 guests and more shoppers at the mall.

But all in all, it was a wonderful experience.  One I will do again and again.  See you at the next FOOD Tastings!
