So it’s 2016!  To start the year, I joined the WINGS (Women International Network Giving Support)-Philippines 2016 Launch Extravaganza to sell some raw food goodies.  With me were other members of the Compassionate Conscious Choices: Jaq and Jertie of Jertie’s Kitchen (for vegan and gluten-free food), Lakapati and Alvin of The Real Happy Cow (for vegan cheeses), and Pam of Iba Di Ba (accessories).

The event was attended by women entrepreneurs.  Strong, empowered women graced the event to share their stories of trials and triumphs.

A good way to start the year.

It’s my 1st presscon.  I’ve organized press conferences before for my bosses in politics and for the I-NGOs I’ve worked with, but never for myself.  And it feels different to have someone organizing it for me and for someone else to be inviting the press.  It was fun though.

My former classmate in college and I had been planning to hold yoga classes in their office.  Somehow, things were not flowing so well.  Until they decided to hold a Health Awareness Week and invited me to talk about raw food and demo sample dishes.

This is one of my favorite class.
