We started the day with a yoga practice and that made a difference – things flowed smoothly, it was a crazy but day but it was easy.

It’s my first 5-day workshop. It’s outside my home and I didn’t have an assistant. But it was fun, exciting, and colorful!

I was not born an Indian food lover. In fact, I hated Indian food before! The smell, the taste, and the appearance. But when I turned vegetarian, I slowly developed an appreciation for it. I started enjoying the feel of Indian spices in my mouth – savoring each spice with its distinct flavor. After Indian food, came my love for Aamir Khan and the rest is history.

I have always believed that May is the perfect time to get married. Not sure why. Maybe because it is school break so all the flower girls and ring bearers are available and they don’t have to miss school. Or maybe because my parents got married in May. Either way, I would always choose to be a May rather than a June bride.
So when a friend asked me to hold a private cake class in May for her and her soon-to-be husband, I didn’t say no. Besides, I LOVE cakes!
