It’s almost a year ago since I did a public raw food class. The last one was in October 2017 with Tefal Appliance Philippines. At first it was scary but then the moment I got into it, I was into it.

If there’s one thing I love about my work, it’s meeting people from all walks of life.
Today, I met Janet. She flew all the way from Butuan to be in my class! She was supposed to be joined in by her sister and brother but the other two got caught up in another activity so it was the real deal private class.

I never like going to the hospital. I don’t like the scent of a hospital. I don’t like seeing hospital beds and look of sadness in the eyes of sick people.
But somehow my work keeps bringing me to hospitals. From 2008 to 2013, I worked as a Communications Campaigner for Health Care Without Harm-Asia, a non-government organization handling environmental issues in the health care setting. That work meant visiting the hospitals a lot and meeting doctors, nurses, and other health care workers.
Soon after I left the job, I thought my hospital work is over. But seems it is not. I guess it’s part of my mission. To bring natural healing through food and yoga to everyone and that means even those or most especially those in the hospital.
