Raw Food 101 – Raw Food Preparation Class #55

If there’s one thing I love about my work, it’s meeting people from all walks of life.

Today, I met Janet.  She flew all the way from Butuan to be in my class!  She was supposed to be joined in by her sister and brother but the other two got caught up in another activity so it was the real deal private class.

Janet has always been a fan of eating healthy.  She loves to read and that makes it even more interesting ‘coz I get to learn more from her too.  I’m always in awe to see people taking charge of their health and the health of their family.  Hope to meet more Janets in this world of junk food.
