It’s my second FOOD Tastings events with Moulinex Philippines! When I joined my first, I was happy to present raw vegan dishes with other chefs. But I admit to be a bit disappointed. All the other chefs presented dishes based on flavor and food plating. Not a single one mentioned the health benefits of each dish or each ingredient.

Just like that, we’ve finished 10 Pilates and yoga sessions. As always, it was fun-filled with lots of discussions from yoga poses to Philippine politics to business matters. I always consider my students my friends having been a freelancer for a few years now and graduation days are always sad. But then again, I know
It was a good way to start the week. An hour of yoga session with the staff and employees of the University of the Philippines Food Service. The head of the service is a Fine Arts professor thus she brings her art into the food that they serve. They are implementing the 5Ms of the food service, hope I remember it right – masustansya (healthy), mura (cheap), masarap (delicous), malinis (clean), and maganda (beautiful).
