#RawFoodIsTheNewHot visits Net 25’s Pambansang Almusal TV show

It wasn’t my ordinary morning.  At 5 in the morning, Angelo of Sugarleaf picked me up from the house for my 1st TV guesting as a raw food chef.  [I was interviewed on TV before after I got deported from Singapore from planning on staging an anti-KFC naked demonstration with People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA)-Asia.  But that’s a different story.]

So at 5:15, we were at Net 25’s holding room, preparing my demo (raw food this time) table with Vitamix-Philippines.  Then minutes later, I was called for my make-up!  Now I do miss wearing make-up.

Then it was time for the interview and a quick demo of my raw breakfast smoothies.  The whole interview and demo lasted for 15 minutes and it was fun!  These are the times when I’m reminded that I am exactly where I need to be.  Sharing love and healing through food, yoga, energy work, and the arts.
